Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead Potential Suppliers QMS Audit, Process Audit, Capacity Audit
• Actively Attend Supplier Technical Review Meetings, and Compose Sourcing Risk Assessment
• Drive the Critical Supplier Launches During APQP, until Start of Production.
• Ensure Suppliers Manufacturing and Controlling Process Qualification is Approved (PPAP & R@R)
• Plan and Execute Incumbent Supplier Performance Improvement Projects
• Auditing of suppliers regarding supplier selection, continous improvement and development according to VDA & IATF standard

The ideal candidate:

• Has relevant Mechanical Engineer Degree or Similar
• (Advanced) knowledge in automotive business and automotive core tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC& PPAP)
• Experience in SQE, supplier selection and development – R@R, potenial supplier audits, action plan and improvement process
• Certified VDA 6.3 auditor desirable
• Hih degree of self-organization (home office/remote)
• Confident in International Environment
• Willingness to Travel to Our European Partners (approx. 40-60%)
• Business fluent in spoken and written English language and has high level MS Office skills
• Communicative, open-minded and flexible with high ability to work in different teams
