1998: Linamar established a new Division – Precision Part Manufacturing – in October 09, 1998 in Bekescsaba, based on the contract signed with Newage International Ltd. The size of this Division is 4.540 m2.

2000: PPM obtained QS 9000 certificate.

2001: ISO 14001 Environmental Managing System has been implemented.

2002: PPM Division obtained ISO TS 16 949:2002 quality certification, and its Tooling Shop the ISO 9001:2000 certificate.

2003: The company changed its name from Mezogep Rt. to Linamar Hungary in July 08, 2003. Decision was made to build a new plant in Bekescsaba in order to fulfil its increased automotive orders. The expand of the Division was started in July, 2003. New 5700 m2 plant was built by the end of October, its infrastructure by the middle of November, and its new 1.200 m2 office building handed over in the beginning of December.
