STEPPING STOOL

 

 

The LPD won the MOST IMPROVED EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION award on the stepping stool banquet 2006'. The award was founded in 2001 and was given now the first time to a Hungarian division.

      

We take great emphasis for giving employment such people who wants to work because one of the plants strong points is the employees. We could be grateful for our success to the great collective. We have in our lines experienced mechanical engineers, technologist and set up persons who helps the work of our employees.

    

The occasional missing, which is a part of the Employee Leg in the Stepping Stool, was less in 2005 than in the last year. The reason of that is the accepted sick leave strategy next to the layoff. So the attendance is an influential factor at the yearly performance evaluation. We visit the absent employees and talk with them personally during the absence.

       

A stable employee team was successfully done for 2005 so the resignations are decreased. The measure of the premium was increased also in 2005 and the production services premium was introduced.

               

The management pays special attention to solve those commitments which were showed up on the employee's satisfaction inquiry. As a consequence we deployed new oil extractor equipments that we established to ergonomically suitable places within LPS. The employees get information from the plant's position on the continuous production line meetings as strengthen their trust. Every employee have the chance to be in contact with the plant's management directly through the "open door policy".

           

The selective waste collectors and the wash fluid receivers are came to be done at the plant's area line-by-line. We established the most advanced still like to improve our environmental control system. In this way we decreased the waste emission by 90%.

       

There is no accident at work in 2005 which would effect missing time. All of that could be because of the professional calling and the discipline of our employees what we reached with continuous trainings and call their attention. We placed the safety equipments to the communication board. With introduce of an overall, 3 steps system we reached that every employee's evaluation happens (including of the management's accept) one month before the due date. In this way the result of the evaluation personal means of protection could come to the employee's knowledge in the current month already.
